Today I was able to watch what I ate since I didn't have a good eating day on Friday. Also we got the kitchen ceiling painted like we wanted to so all and all a good day.

I had wanted to exercise, but I guess not bad enough, because it did not happen. We were very busy today at work and I was up and moving except on my lunch and breaks. So I did get in a lot of simple movement. 17742 steps. And I stayed on my nutrition plan, so the day was not a total bust!

I got up at 6 am and did some odds and ends already for my trip. Friends are arriving this morning and we are leaving for the airport at 11:30.

Today I NEED to finish the laundry, go thru and file household paperwork, mop the floors, dust, finish some paperwork for my boss, get at least 90 minutes of exercise and eat lightly throughout the day to allow for a dinner date tonight.
No lounging today!!!

laundry YES

dust YES
100 minutes of exercise not counting cleaning and scrubbing YES
dinner date and still within calorie limit YES

Did not to the extra cardio after my other class yesterday due to the pants falling off issue (wardrobe malfunction!). Today I'll carry forward that goal of 300 cals burned outside class.

Today I need to get to the mall for my mani/pedi but really do not have much time. I also want to get at least 90 minutes of exercise - perhaps I should WALK to the mall this afternoon and get both in!!! that would be 5 miles total......hmmm

LATER - Accomplished 130 minutes of exercise and DID get my mani/pedi done!

Did 6181 steps yesterday. Good but I want to do better today. Already cleared out 1/2 the stuffed craft room and hope to get to the other half this afternoon! Trying to get more exercise in today!
