Hi, all! So, I'm just scouring good ol' Sparkpeople for a friendly, reliable Sparkteam that takes its Sparking seriously & this looks like a great and eclectic team. My story begins with years of eating disorders, followed by recovery and years of a healthy relationship with food, to about 20 lbs of unwanted and definitely un-needed weight gain. What I'm looking for is a social accountability system to help me get out of this rut in a fun, healthy way. I don't have issues with exercising--I've run marathons and currently get in about 2 hours of exercise, five days a week. My body is taking a beathing, however, from all the high impact work I do with this extra weight on my frame. I don't want to stop running because I can't stop eating! So, with that, my life story, I'd like to say that I'm excited to start the challenges!
