Just dropping a line to introduce myself. I just joined SparkPeople and am trying to find my way around. I love all of the tracking and goal setting ideas, including the streaks. I've tried many a diet but cannot push through the weight gain of the last 15 years. I want to lose weight to be a good role model to my 2.5 year old son and to live the life I really want to.
I'm a MSU alum and am married to another MSU alum. We're football season ticket holders,and follow most of the other sports teams closely. I'm proud to be Green and White.
