I've been training with C25K for 5+ weeks, and just joined this group today. I'm excited about it! I am # 67508. I added my total distance since I started C25K and am tracking walking/running. wow that's awesome that you got an exercise bike. I know that you will enjoy it. I have a treadmill that I got from my daughter's gym. yeah, I know, how ironic is it that my daughter is a personal trainer and has a gym.
I can't believe that I have been walking on it for weeks and never thought to wear my pedometer on it. Oh well, I started today and put over 5000 steps on it. Let me know when it comes in and how you like it.

I won a drawing the other day and got an Amazon.com gift certificate. I used it to get an exercise bike that should arrive on Monday the 2nd. I'm planning on doing a combination of walking and cycling.

Just started this past weekend and I find this to be a great motvational tool.
