Hello everyone. I've just joined Sparkpeople a few days ago, and am trying to lose weight, live healthier, and exercise. As many of you can probably sympathize, I suffered from panic attacks for a long time and, even though I haven't had a full blown attack in quite a while (thank you, years of CBT), I can still feel that cascade starting, especially during exercise. I'm just trying to get as much exposure to the triggers as I can, and it helps to know that there's a team on Sparkpeople that know what I'm talking about.
