Rejoined, final time...
Let's get re-aquainted.
I'm Vicki and I'm 56 years old.
I got rid of the scale and am working to drop inches. I'm going to the fitness center 3 times a week and working out at home 3 days. I rest up on Sundays.
My goal is to reclaim my health and over time go from a 3XL down to a size Large.
Sounds like you are on the right track Vicki. Make sure to drink your water.
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Thought I'd try the team once more. I have 54 lbs to lose to be below 200 lbs so I'll be here awhile. But my hubby and I are trying hard to make 2013 the year we reclaim our health the best we can. We're going to the fitness center 3 times a week now and have really worked to make our meals healthier. We'll see over the next few months if we're doing enough.
