Hi Sherry! So glad you have decided to join us. We are a small group but we all believe in ODAAT is the only way to go. In reality it is all we have control over. Lets motivate one another! You can do it!

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
