Hello, I am new to this team. My name is laura. I am so much in finding new ways to loose the weight and keep it off. I am on a new program that is called USANA and since I been on this program I lost 20 pounds, but I can't see it yet. Others say to me how did you loose your weight, you look so good. I do take it one day at a time and with god by my side to help.

Welcome to the team Patty. One day at a time is sometimes how many of us have to live for different reasons. Some of us is the overeating or the eating the wrong things. It's tough! All we can do is take it one day at a time.
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
Short-Term Goal: *Drink my water daily *30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
