You can do it and you WILL! I am starting the couch to 5k myself! I am so excited and can't wait to be able to run again. I have done the same thing I get sooooo excited about losing weight and then self sabatoge myself. I have found this time that just logging my food and seeing the carb and calorie amount in each serving of something makes a huge difference and makes my choices so much easier! I have the app on my phone and that also helps as well cause I can log it right away and don't for get something.

My name is Lauren, and I really want to like my body. I want to be like "dang miss thang' when I look in the mirror. My friends are all pretty small and are about my same height with weight in the 105 area. My goal is 115, and I have definitely been able to tell the difference in how I lose weight when I run. I think however, I usually go to hard and hate it so much, as well as feel self conscious that I usually quit pretty soon after. Hoping this site can motivate me and I can meet and motivate others to reach their goals as well!
