Learn to use the nutrition and fitess tracjkers, they are great tools to give you feedback on how you are doing.
Make a few small changes at a time, give yourself a few weeks to get comfortable with them then make a few more small changes. In a few months you will be seeing lots of changes in yourself.

hi my name is cyndi im 56 yrs old im married to my best friend i have 2 children and 2 grandchildren i like to read i have alot of medical problems and i know by losing weight and changing my life style i will live a longer and happier life and beable to spend the time with the grandchildren
