Hi I'm Cynthia, 64 yrs old and I'm going to lose 46 pounds with the help of SP. It's raining where I live in Charlotte, NC and very cold today. So gardening is out of the question today, but yesterday was a different story. It was lovely, sun shinning and t-shirt weather. My fingers are itching to get my gardens in shape so I went to the local box store and found that they are starting to get some plants in for the spring. Well, I don't want pansy's I planted them earlier. Then I saw these beautiful flowers in different colors and I just had to buy them for the new front yard bed and retaining wall I put in last month. These flowers are called Ranunculus. Wow they were pure happiness waiting to be planted. Was a little skeptical about buying them because I know they grow out in California, but I haven't seen them around my neck of the woods. What the heck...I may be a glutton for failure but I bought them anyway. They have been planted, but they are not cold tolerant only to 25 degrees. So everyone keep your fingers crossed that I haven't wasted my money and even if I did, it was worth planting the little bit of sunshine in winter. Wishing you all happy planting and sending skinny vibes your way.
