I exercise in the morning when I am not working and then early evening when I get home from work. I also try to fit some in while I am working like taking an exercise break and hitting the side walk for a quick walk. It sure helps with my energy level in the afternoon. I also walk in place in front of my desk or in front of my Cow - Computer on Wheels.

Park as far as you can away from your destination and walk to an appointment, to the grocery store, or into work.

The most important thing to do is to find something that you love doing. I like dancing for exercise so if I don't have much time, I turn on the music and "rock out" for 10 minutes. I found several "learn to dance" videos on you tube so have learned some new dance steps.

In the summer, of course, I have lots of exercise with yard work and gardening.

What ever you do, be consistant as consistancy is the key.

I think gardening is a good place to start, don't know about you but I get to huffin and puffin when I garden!

I have been using the nutrition track for several weeks now and I have learned a lot about calories and portion control. My problem is I am having a very hard time getting off my behind and exercising. I need some ideas and hits about what gets you going.
