Hi everyone, I have been a Sparks member since August and this is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. I have started a veggie garden this year, I can't stand paying the prices of peppers and tomatoes so decided to try and change that. I also have green beans, black eye peas, cucumbers and when the cooler weather comes my fall crops will go in. We have had a lot of rain this year so my tomatoes(grape) have not done so well, I'm hoping the Big Boy tomatoes will do better. I have to grow everything in pots because the soil is so sandy. But I love to grow and nurture things to see the end results. I live in Florida and know that our summer season is a lot longer then many others but when should I start my fall garden?. Thanks again and I am very excited to be here. Everyone have a great day.
