Hi! My name is Therese and I'm from Sweden. I live in Tunisia with husband and our 2 children.
I think it was late 2011 when I decided to lose weight, I weight just above 100 kg's then. I have a neurological disorder and anxiety (the neurological thing was probably triggered by anxiety and is now chronic) and I REALLY need to lose weight.. Well, I did. I was 10 kg's from my goal, when I suddenly just lost track of everything and it all went downhill from there. Pain = comfort eating = more pain = more eating.. and so on. Here I am now, not at my former start weight, but not far from it. Feels kinda bad, to say the least.
This time around I have learned more about nutrition and my condition, and found support from others in the same situation. I know I can deal with it now much better than before.
So, now I have about 29 kg's to lose, and then we'll see. My first goal though, is to lose 5 kg's. Babysteps!
