Hi and welcome aboard! I've had back surgeries myself and know how limited recovery was! A definite wall-climbing activity. That's when I started walking myself. Now I'm looking for hiking trails - I'm getting a little bored with just walking the neighborhood. We'll always be here to cheer you on.
God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.
