I too struggle with eating when anxious. I have found listening to relaxing music and practicing deep breathing to be very helpful in reducing the anxiety. You can find a lot of relaxation music on youtube. You also might try some distraction techniques. Do something else instead of eat...read your fave book or magazine, Call a friend that is supportive, if it's early in the day take a walk or do some type of physical activity. Some people find it helpful to clean. Are you on any medications? If not and the anxiety is getting worse it may be time to see a dr. if you already are not doing so.
