Welcome, John! It can be really difficult to come off antidepressants, I know from experience, but eventually, many people do feel better. It took me a while when I went off Celexa. I still occasionally take an anti-anxiety med, though. Glad to meet you!

Hi! Welcome to the team. I can totally relate as I always have my meds handy. You just never know when you need them!

I am new to this SparkTeam Page. I have had anxiety since my first child was a baby and I have had it ever since. There are times when it is worse and times when it is better. I carry my anti-anxiety meds with me everywhere (just in case), However, since I have been on anti-deppresants the anxiety seems very minimal. I am nervous because I am starting to slowly come off my anti-deppresants as I want to eventually become medication free. Thanks for having a page for this!
