Keep it day by day. Only do what you can with the time you have. 4 ten minutes bursts in between the day still adds up to 40 minutes and you still reap the benefits. Also most important thing is to stop self doubting. Everyone gets frustrated and has overwhelming feelings when looking at the big picture, so just don't stop, take a breather and get back up every time you fall off. Start to develop a good support system here on SP! That way we can all encourage and motivate each other!
