I have been around(off and on) Spark People for years. I lost a lot of weight a few years back , stopped exercising, started eating and put all the weight back on, then I became Agoraphobic and was home bound for a year. Now I suffer from an Anxiety disorder that leads to Panic. I started using gym 2 months ago, but still can't get my food intake under control and this is a problem. Also I have anxiety driving the car, so I haven't driven in over a year, hubby is on SSDI and drives me around. I am about ready to practice driving some, so I can get to the gym eventually when I want to and be able to feel more freedom. Anxiety stinks and I hope one day to do better. Cheryl
