Hi. I'm new to SP, not to anxiety. I've struggled with GAD, social anxiety and agoraphobia for years. I often let these things prevent me from living my life the way I want. Even though I've made tremendous improvements over the years, I still struggle and I figure hearing other people's experiences will be very helpful. You guys seem like a supportive bunch. I am here for encouragement if you need it, also.
