Sara! Glad to meet you! I once had panic disorder and so to a degree I understand the anxiety that comes in having to leave the house. Though I have recovered I still deal with anxiety and OCD. I personally don't like going to the gym other than to do water walking.
Anyhow, like Patty said there are many many videos here at SP that you might be able to do. especially the chair exercises and stretches. I have tried Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD's in the past and had great results. The moves are simple for the most part and there ways to modify if necessary. One of my spark friends Loves Chair Dancing DVD'S and another sparker swears by them and has lost a lot of weight.
I know it seems like you have a mountain of weight to lose but try looking at it 5-20 lb increments instead of looking at whole picture! Believe in yourself!
