hello schroe89, you are not alone. I too struggle with anxiety. I have learned a few techniques to help with the anxiety though I often still struggle. My go to technique is simply stopping and taking a few deep breaths and figure out what I am reacting to.
I am subscribing because I need some support! I am tired of living my life in a constant state of anxiety. I am a 32 yr single female who knows a lot about anxiety and the techniques to help, but I usually fail to get relief despite my best efforts.
