I've been a member of this team for awhile, but I have been feeling pretty good for a few months, so I didn't come on here. You know how it is, you don't feel you need help until you're suffering. I have depression and anxiety disorder, and this past week has been tough. I was doing ok until Thrusay, when I woke up in the midst of an anxiety attck. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi. Being with people helps, even if their virtual people.
