Sorry to hear about your situation. A breakup can definitely bring about anxiety, with time I am sure you can push on through it. The cognitive behavioral therapy book sounds interesting. I am trying to do more reading about behaviors and anxiety so that I can get a better grip on what is going on.
Hi Wendy. So sorry to hear about your break up but it sounds like you're handling it in a healthy way. What book are you reading and is it any good?

Hi and welcome. I wish the best for you during this difficult time.
God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Hi, I'm 26 and recently broke up with my boyfriend/fiance last week. I'm using exercise to relieve my anxiety and sadness. I'm also reading a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy book to get me through it.
