Hello,
Sorry to hear about your situation. A breakup can definitely bring about anxiety, with time I am sure you can push on through it. The cognitive behavioral therapy book sounds interesting. I am trying to do more reading about behaviors and anxiety so that I can get a better grip on what is going on.

Hi, I'm 26 and recently broke up with my boyfriend/fiance last week. I'm using exercise to relieve my anxiety and sadness. I'm also reading a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy book to get me through it.

The price of discipline is less than the pain of regret!
