Hi! I have anxiety. Depending on my hormonal cycle, sometimes it's better and sometimes it's worse. I take medicine for it which keep panic attacks at bay for the most part, but at times I'll wake up in a total panic, sure that I am dying. Anyways, exercise has helped, and I'm way better than I was 3 years ago, but it's a struggle. Not every day, but monthly. Other than that, I'm married, have 2 great danes who I loooooveeee sooo much, and pole dance for my workout.
