Hey there. I though this team would be a good fit, and everyone seems to be pretty supportive. :)
I suffer from moderate to severe panic attacks that were worsened by some PTSD-related phobias. I tend to freak out in large crowds, or when I have to go new places alone. I quit smoking back in September, which is what I was using to cope. After that, my doctor put me on wellbutrin, which is working WONDERFULLY, although I still have some "anti-freak-out-pills" that I keep on me in case of emergency. My attacks are down from 1-2 times per day almost a year ago to 1-2 times per week now.
I'm hoping that this whole getting-in-shape thing will help get that number down even further. :D
