Hello & WELCOME!!!It's great to meet you! It sounds like you have really been through a lot. I'm sorry for the loss of your dh. I can only imagine how tough that has been along with raising 5 kids too. I hope that you can find some peace and solace during this difficult time (the 2month span you mentioned) Anniversaries are always hard. Know that we are here for you.
PS. I had emoticons on here but for some reason I can't post with them.

Hello I'm glad I found this group... First, I am 43 yr old only parent of 5. Nearly 8 yr ago I lost my husband suddenly and was subsequently diagnosed with PTSD While I am "better" than I ever thought I would be, I now have very rough periods of anxiety, with the next 2 months being especially difficult. We have 4 of our 5 childrens birthdays coming up, along with my husbands and also the anniversary of his passing... And well I am slowly dissolving, I tried to be proactive and lose weight and hoped it would help with my health anxiety but it doesn't feel like it has done much to make me feel better... Anyway, glad I found this group and I hope I can contribute more meaningful support in future posts.
