Hi, Hannah. Have you tried St. John's Wort, Camomile Tea, Peppermint Tea, or Ginger Tea? They are natural supplements. Find a Natural Health store or Homeopathic supplier and ask about these. They are NOT habit forming!
I personally know the Peppermint and Ginger Teas help with sleep and digestion troubles as well as anxiety!!
