Welcome....I'm a recent team member also. All we can do is take one day at a time. I have found lots of support around the boards. Hopefully your thesis is out of the way and you can begin moving toward your next goal.

I've been a member of Sparkpeople for several months but I haven't been using it for a while for various stress/anxiety related reasons. I was doing well up until early August then fell off the wagon big time because I was working on my thesis, so I've gained back the weight I originally lost (and a few pounds extra for good measure) and as you might imagine I'm not feeling too great about it. Trying not to dwell on the past or beat myself up about it but as I'm sure you know it's easier said than done. Hopefully with the help, encouragement and support of people in situations similar to my own I can get back on my feet and start afresh. Looking forward to chatting with you :)
