You are definitely not alone. I too suffer from anxiety & depression. Some days are great; others not. One thing that I have found really helpful is to practice deep breathing and relaxing. You can buy CD's at Target that have progressive muscle relaxation or calming cd's that you can listen to and just deep breath.
