My current weight is 83.1kg my goal is 78kg by end of March.

Not doing cardio at the moment so my goal is cardio 5 times a week; Pilates once a week.
Mindful breathing or heart breathing every day.

I appreciate the warm welcome and you telling me you're available if I need help. It's wonderful you have friends you actually talk to over the phone! Thank you for the wishes on getting my social anxiety under better control.

I'm still getting used to the SP site and how to maneuver around. Once I get the hang of it, I'll look into some challenges and some team games.

Welcome Pat. I'm Alicia. I have also been dealing with anxiety most of my life and it seems to get worse due to some experience I have had. I go to talk therapy once a month and am learning to live a new life due to the life changing events that have occurred in my life over the past year. I went from being totally independent to totally dependent in a matter of 6 months due to a massive Lupus flare. After diagnosis in November, I have slowly gained more independence but I have had to learn to give more control of everyday things over to my husband and parents. I can no longer work outside the home, at least for now (I'm still hoping that will change, but have my doubts.)

My weight battle began in high school and still plagues me. During my illness flare, I lost 80 pounds and have successfully kept off 70 of them. However, I am taking prednisone and that makes the process of keeping off the weight even harder.

I hope you find peace within you heart and a lot of SparkPeople to help you on your journey. If you need anything feel free to contact me. I check my computer throughout the day, so am here if you need anything.
