I'm new here too. I joined about two weeks ago and so far everyone has been really nice to talk to. I am currently at my maintenance stage, due to physician orders. I have to stay between 175 and 160 pounds due to my Lupus. I have lost 75 pounds over the last year so now we will see if I can keep it off. Just got back from a long trip, where I didn't eat right so am a pound over my high right now but I know it will come off easily once I am back up and running.

My name is Jessi and I'm new to SparkPeople. I joined because I need to lose weight; I'm tired of looking at pictures of myself and feeling heavy and tired all the time. I never used to have a weight issue until college. I want to feel better about myself and improve my health. I also want to lose weight before I have a baby. Any support would be greatly appreciated for anyone who wants to friend me.
