Didn't know they had an Anxiety Team. I am not new to SPARK but I am new to this team and Anxiety. I was just diagnosed with Anxiety this past year and it has been rough. I had my weight going down until this started. Now I have gained back and some. But, I will not quit. Hope to meet all of you soon.
