Here's what you do... go up to the upper left hand corner to "My Trackers" and a drop down will pop down out of that... click "Start"... just always start from THAT page to do any exploring. Feel lost? Go right back to that Start.
On that start, in the upper left hand corner, you'll see three sections: Nutrition Tracker, Fitness Tracker, Weight Tracker.
Nutrition Tracker provide the road to the Meal Planners.
Try this approach, remembering that you can "bail out" and get back to your start page. Let us know if that works. One step at a time with this thing. You'll get it!

Hi there- I'm brand new to this site and am very overwhelmed. So much information but nothing I want to know about RIGHT NOW. ie: where is a menu planner? Where is an actual diet? I click and click and find nothing but overviews. I see that there is a video for the nutrition tracker but are there any other tutorials?
