Not doing cardio at the moment so my goal is cardio 5 times a week; Pilates once a week. Mindful breathing or heart breathing every day.

Hi Melissa. May I suggest getting in on some team challenges and as you gain SP friends they will help you keep accountable, at least that is what it does for me. You get an email so you remember to check in and input at the same time as you check on your friends and teams.

hi everyone im melissa, im trying this website and hopefully ill be able to keep updating. I have done tracking sites like this before, but after a couple of weeks stop inputting information, Hopefully this website will help me keep tracking my workouts and nutrition and I wont forget about it like the diary I had when I was 7 and only wrote it in for a day! haha
