congrats on your upcoming wedding, well it's a ways off but congrats anyway. i wish i had waited 2 years so i could have gotten a dress i truly loved instead of one that just hid all the fat my fiance packed on me with his good cooking!
i've just lost about 10 pounds by cutting down on animal products and other high fats and replaced them with tons of fruits and veggies. i got the idea from this book called "Eat To Live". i'm a carnivore so i am not about to go totally vegetarian but i've cut way down on meat, dairy, pasta, and bread. if i eat pasta, bread or rice it's always whole wheat. i also drink about 10 glasses of water everyday.
it's not a diet that everyone can stick to but i think it is at least a good way to jump start whatever diet you think you can stick to. it's actually made me feel really healthy and i don't even crave sweets or anything bad for me except on rare occasions when i smell fried chicken. (my weakness).
