, I am a grandmotherand have lived through all you talk about. First you need a buddy to stay on track. Log in your food---this is a huge help. Water would help keep you feeling full amd clean out your kidneys(?).
I find it hard to keep track of myselt. It is so hard to keep your eye on the goal/

hi everyone. My name is Adrienne Im a 28 yr old single mom looking to lose (fingers crossed) about 20 lbs but more then anything Im more interested in toning up and changing my life style but I have a hard time staying motivated. Since my kids are finishing up kindergarten and Im starting a new job I find it important to get myself healthy again so I have the energy and desire to get the most out of my life and my kids life and have fun with my family again. Ive suffered from a chemical imbalance since I was in grade school and I have a hard enough time dealing with my depression and anxiety alone, let alone while throwing weight issues and being an adult into it, so now Im just looking for help to stay on track while dealing with these issues too.
