to the team! I am so glad that you have joined us! I also am on the Mediterranean way team and do chair exercises. I hope that you can find some new ways to help you deal with the depression and anxiety. Our members are good to share their successes. I have found that giving myself a few minutes each day to take care of myself has made a huge difference. I become overwhelmed many times with all there is to do, when that happens I set aside some ME time and let the world go away. I also have a great support system at work that has helped me with my PTSD and getting passed those times that I experience my fight or flight mode. Please join us on the threads when you have time.
Each step taken is a calorie lest behind!

I have been on anti-depressants for 10 years now . I have had several nervous breakdowns before I was diagnosed with depression.
I have joined your team because a dear friend is also a member and I am hoping the anxiety I am feeling lately, can be addressed in a different way other than having to take meds ...
I am a Co-Leader on another team Chair Exercises, and have been a Co-Leader on The Mediterranean Way.
I need to just focus on trying to get over this anxiety if I can.
