Welcome to the team. I sure hope there's something we can do or say to help you. emoticon

God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.

When I saw this page I thought it might be helpful for me. Currently I am suffering from extreme anxiety and depression. I have been taken out of work and I am going for an interview for an outpatient intense therapy to try and help deal with everything. I see my doctor every week right now but just getting through the week is a challenge. It has affected my relationship with my boyfriend, unable to work or ever focus. I find myself starting to do things then having to think hard to remember what the task at hand I was trying to do. I have made steps to get better though. Don't look at me as a victim as I don't. I have made sure that I am seeking help with both my PCP and through counseling. I am exercising everyday and keeping a journal each and every day. I also talk a lot with my boyfriend and family to let them know what is going on with me. I won't allow this to take my life over for long. I will get better one way or another. Good luck to anyone who suffers from these illnesses they are very difficult to say the least.
