emoticon on your first day and on the no Soda! I know that Sparks has a Diabetic meal plan but I am not sure just how to access it. You might check out one of the diabetic teams and they might be able to give you more information . One of our members may also be on the plan and be able to help you. I think there is also a challenge team that may have some information about the diabetic diet. Sparks if full of great information.

hi, everyone
I wanted to used there meal plan and add a few of mine. but i want to get a plan for IBS and also diabetes. so any help would be nice. Today is my 1st day on the diet and with NO Soda Yay.

emoticon to the team. I also post my own foods. When you go to your nutrition page just click on the "Meal plans" box and it will change to blank plan boxes. Click add a food and then search your food choice. You can also click Enter food not listed to add your information if your food is not in one of the lists. I often enter my own because sometimes the information available is not the same as what I have or not accurate especially if you are using a new product or one that is available only in your local area.
