to the team. I am not sure what type of anxiety issue you had so it would be hard to say specifically how to help. Many times an increase in activity will help the endomorphines level out. Most of us with anxiety have found that deep breathing exercises will help us return to a calm state in order to deal with the anxiety situation better. PTSD is my main anxiety diagnosis and I have developed a certain ritual to go through when my anxiety is triggered to return to a somewhat normal state. You want to reduce the stress from the situation that has triggered the anxiety. It is an individual process of learning what works for you. I hope that our members can give you more ideas as to what works for them and maybe you will find what works best for you.
