Hello I thought this might be a good team to join since I have delt with anxiety for a long time. I manage much better now but I'd like to practice more relaxation and stress busting techiniques. I've never been on any meds but I do think I have had anxiety attacks in the past. I had used smoking ciggarettes for years as a stres reliver but I am now 10 days smoke free after an on and off again smoker and now I want to stay healthy.
