A little bit about myself:
I have always struggled with my weight. I remember when I was about 15 years old I had reached 195lbs at only about 5'3". Of course there was plenty of teasing from my peers, and I dealt with severe anxiety, insecurity, and shyness. Now at 19, I have finally gotten my weight down to 147lbs. Yay! (: However, as a busy student in college, my eating habits aren't that great, and studying often leaves me less than active (not to mention I am a serious stress eater. That has to stop!) My goal is to weigh in at 130lbs, but also to continue building confidence and pride in myself, and take control of what I eat and quit stress/emotional eating for good! I've heard great things about this website, and I'm willing to see if it can help me get to where I need to be.
