You can access them through the team or the internet may have some. Exercise is a great stress reliever and may help you get back into some socialization by meeting people at the gym or when you are out walking. You will find many new friends here at Sparks and many of us have found Sparks in our own area. Check with your local Mental Health agency as they may have pamphlets available or can give you information about services available in your area. We are glad that you are here with us. I just wanted to say Hi and so glad I found this group. I have not officially been diagnosed yet as I have not been to a regular dr (unless sick) in years and I don't even have a regular dr anymore. I need to find one, but I have anxiety about even doing that. Sometimes the anxiety gets so bad that I almost pass out. Does anyone else experience this? I use to be such a social person, but over the past several years I would rather not leave my home unless I have no other choice. I have a weight problem (which I am working on now), and afraid to take anything to help calm me as I don't want to add to my weight issue. I am hoping someone here can recommend something that does not involve having to take medication. Anyway, glad to be here and look forward to learning from those that understand what I am going through.
