I am so glad to have found this thread and know that I am not crazy or alone in my anxiety! For those people who have never had to encounter panic attacks or generalized anxiety or depression they do not understand the fear that accompanies it,
This is my 3rd full day on the program and I am slowly feeling better in taking control of my choices! Thanks for being here and listening!!!
