I am glad there is a group like this.
Last year I was diagnosed with OCD, Anxiety and Panic Attacks & Depression.
I have not been happy with my weight in years.
I am determined that this time I am going to loose the weight.
My moods may dictate what foods I want to eat but I will decide what I will eat.
1.) Weigh in under 200 lbs.
2.) Be able to hike Mt. Rubidoux without being in pain for several days after. (2 miles up hill 2 miles down)
3.) Walk a marathon.
For every 10 pounds lost I get to buy a new book
For every 25 pounds lost I get to buy a new outfit
