Hi there...I've been off SP for awhile. Just getting back into it after the first of the year. Starting by doing South Beach & have success.
Although I wonder if my success is actually due to my increased stress & anxiety levels. :( I've recently gone off Lexapro and found the holidays weren't the best time to do that. But I survived (although felt mini-anxiety attacks coming on for a few weeks). I still have my xanax in my purse...sometimes just knowing it's there is enough.
But now in an effort to save money...I've stopped seeing my therapist.
I'm questioning that now as I enter into a difficult relationship. So now I'm reaching out to this group to help give me the support I need. (and help keep me healthy in my eating choices...somewhere between over eating and under eating!)
You can't keep doing the same thing and expect different results.
