I am so glad that you are having success with finding a way to lower your anxiety. There have been so many advancements in learning about anxiety. Hey I am Jamie and I am new here! Just wanted to say hi. I have been dealing with anxiety for about 10 years this recent go around. I had it when I was younger but didn't really understand what it was until I was older.
I have been doing a lot better since I have been eating better and working out but I still have a long way to go.
