Hi, welcome to the group. I understand that scarey, can't leave the house feeling. I couldn't leave mine for over a year at all, and ended up finishing high school on home school, because the idea of even going past my driveway was way too much. But that was a long time ago and things are so much better now, but it takes a lot of time and learning, and I still have set backs with my anxiety all the time, where somedays its near impossible to leave my house, and I'm taking panic attacks all the time, but I always get it under control again in time. ((*hugs*)) good luck with everything, I look forward to getting to know you, and everyone here is really wonderful and supportive.

to the team! We are so glad you stopped by to introduce yourself! You have a wonderful dream of going back to school. It looks like you have taken the first steps by facing some of your phobias. We are here to help in any way we can. Please feel free to Spark Mail us or contact us on our pages. I went back to school after my divorce and it was quite a wonderful experience although very frightening at times.

I have had anxiety for most of my life, and for a couple of years afraid to go out of house. My new job a couple of years ago got me use to or exposed to some of my phobias. I would like to go back to school but I worry about what can go wrong so that's one of the big thing I have to get to.
