Hi, Welcome to the team. Everyone here is really helpful and supportive. I'm so glad I found this group. Like everyone said thats the best attitude, just take it slow and easy. You'll eventually build up more and more strenght, but just get used to everything. Deciding to live a healthier lifestyle is a big change and takes time, but if you stick with it you'll get there emoticon

Yes, the key is to start slow and work up gradually. I had a lot of physical and mental challenges when I started. By starting slow and gradually working up, I have overcome many of my problems. You can too! I wish you the best of luck.

God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Start slow so as not to overwhelm yourself. We try for 10 min. of exercise here and then progress gradually. Exercise will help with the anxiety and you will have a great sense of accomplishment. I know you are also on the chair exercise team and they have great links. Do it for fun and soon you will be looking forward to the movement because you feel so much better!emoticon
